INTRODUCTION
In today’s rapidly evolving digital economy, artificial intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing the fields of business, accounting, finance, and beyond. UNITEN Business School (UBS), Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNI TEN), is proud to host the 11th International Economics & Business Management Conference (IEBMC 2025) in hybrid mode, under the theme: “AI-Driven Strategies for Sustainable Business Growth: Aligning Innovation with Global Goals.”
IEBMC 2025 offers a multidisciplinary platform for academics, researchers, industry professionals, and policymakers to explore AI-driven approaches that foster sustainable business growth across various domains. The conference provides a unique opportunity to exchange knowledge, present recent research, and discuss real- world applications of AI in advancing sustainable, resilient, and inclusive business practices.
CONFERENCE OBJECTIVES
The 11th International Economics and Business Management Conference 2025 (IEBMC 2025) aims to facilitate meaningful engagement and showcase pioneering research at the intersection of AI, sustainability, and strategic business management. The conference is designed to promote interdisciplinary dialogue and collaboration, particularly in the fields of business, accounting, finance, economics, management, entrepreneurship, human resource development, marketing, information systems, and public policy.

Selected high-quality papers will be considered for publication in the Journal of Advanced Research Design (ARD), a Scopus-indexed journal. Papers of good quality that address the conference theme and significantly contribute to the field are eligible to be considered for the best paper awards.
The Best Paper Award celebrates exceptional research contributions that demonstrate originality, technical excellence, relevance to the field, scholarly impact, and practical significance. Only papers with a reviewer score of 85% and above and submitted within the deadline are considered for nomination.
- Best Reviewer Awards
The Best Reviewer Award recognises reviewers who have provided timely, constructive, and insightful feedback that enhances the quality of submissions. Awardees are selected based on their demonstration of fairness, professionalism, and consistency, as well as their meaningful contribution to the editorial decision-making process.
